Seasonals

A Seasonal Site includes: water, garbage service, direct sewer or transfer tank*, and metered electric. Seasonals have access to the common area and are asked to get involved in all the Park Activities! Our yearly fee is $1675.00 (excluding tax) or $1950.00 (excluding tax).
